About us

FREEHEARTS AFRICA REACH OUT FOUNDATION Acronym FAROF is a registered non-profit Humanitarian Organization that is poised to take the world at large, building & developing lives one at a time.

 

Was founded on the 15Th December, 2011 by ambassador (Matron) Eunice E. Adams (Chief Nursing officer) and other team of great humanitarian hearts as Trustees and was officially registered as an NGO under the Part C of the Allied Matters Act (1990) Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja, Nigeria (CAC/IT/NO 61548).

 

Freehearts Africa Reachout Foundation  is dedicated primarily to reaching out to deprived and vulnerable Children, women and youths through HUMAN DEVELOPMENTAL PROJECTS/PROGRAMS (HDP’S) which are STRATEGIC TECHNOLOGY EMPOWERMENT PROJECT (S.T.E.P) for education, (SRATEGIC HEALTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM{S.H.E.P} (HIV/AIDS Treatment, Prevention and Care for PLWHA/PWID) and the COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (C.L.D.P). 

 

Freehearts Africa Reachout Foundation  works to improve the lives of people in Africa, Nigeria as a pilot country by using all her resource as well as our properly designed and structured programs aimed at meeting the needs of local communities.

 

 

FAROF

The aim of this project is designed to build “United Aids Advocate of Nigeria in Kaduna state” UAAON known as AIDS AMBASSADORS that provides access to relevant information about HIV/AIDS prevention, care, treatment and support of PLWHA & PWID through ICT, as well as technological solution to accessing HIV service within rural communities and entrepreneurship ideas through ICT.

 

 

AIM

MORE

FAROF also known as THIO, continues to seek avenues for productive collaborations for the improvement in HIV/AIDS services in Kaduna state. FAROF has designed a community based intervention where communities are trained in practical oriented ICT to support THIO Programs ranging from HIV/AIDS care, treatment and support, to Nutrition and finally maternal & child health programs  as well as the establishment of community ICT/HIV/AIDS research centers to halt and reverse the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
